The house is located in the community of Makria Myti of Alyki, on the southeast side of Paros. The house is placed at a unique location by the sea. It is built in two levels and you can enjoy the view from every corner. The architecture followed is the traditional architecture of the Aegean islands, yet simple and modern.
On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a large storeroom, which can be used as an extra bedroom. The house is suitable to host 6 - 7 people.
On the first floor there is a living room and a dining room with a kitchen in a united yet comfortable space. There is a fireplace and central heating for the cold months of winter, as well as fans in all rooms. The verandas are spacious and they offer a unique view at all seasons.
The swimming pool is large (4.5 × 11m.) and creates the impression that it makes part of the sea. No words can describe the extraordinary sensation created by this view. You may enjoy the swimming pool any time of the day, if you don’t prefer the beach. What you should not miss though is the incredible sunset from the swimming pool, having an afternoon cocktail and then enjoying a night swim.
The sea is right in front of the house and the access through the rocks is easy for the adults. There are 2 beaches at a distance of 5 minutes on foot. One is small, remote and quiet. The other is the Beach of Alyki, in the village of Alyki, which is protected by the winds and is full of people.

The picturesque fishermen’s village of Alyki is 10’ away. In the village, there is a Museum of Cycladic Folklore Art with the works of the self-taught artist M. Skiadas. Various cultural activities are organized during the festivities for St Ioannis Klidonas in June, then at the Sotiras (Christ the Saviour) festival on 6th August and at the Stavros (Cross) festival on 14th September.
The distance from the island airport is 5 minutes by car and from the port of Parikia 15-20 minutes
. The area offers unique tranquillity and isolation, if this is what you are looking for, or alternatively the possibility to enjoy the life of a typical cosmopolitan island of the Aegean.
You may enjoy fresh fish and traditional food in the picturesque taverns of the area. You can also find the necessary supplies to cook in the house without having to move far from Alyki.
