Aliki is a superb traditional hotel on the waterfront at Yialos, the lower town. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with either a hip bath or shower. Erected from an old neoclassic house (1895) it consists of 12 rooms and 3 suites on three floors. The fully air-conditioned rooms are nicely furnished and have wooden floors. Built 100 years ago by a wealthy ship's captain, this intimate little hotel enjoys a perfect position, peaceful yet only a few minutes' walk from shops, tavernas and a beach. The hotel is elegantly and tastefully appointed, with an airy, comfortable lounge on the ground floor and a fabulous roof terrace where guests can sit out and enjoy the sun and views. All the hotel's fifteen bedrooms are beautifully decorated and air conditioned.
Not all face the sea but many do, some having balconies looking out directly onto the deep blue water of the bay of Symi Town.

Five small boats (each one of them takes 200 to 300 people) leave Rodos every morning at 09:00 to bring you to Simi and return back to Rodos at 18:00. The duration of the trip is 1 hour and 45 minutes.
