The structure of the new complex is reflected in the road which refers to the idea of the traditional street, which is the public space of the neighborhoods, and winds its way through the site and houses, like a backbone, organizing the circulation while random elements and variations are obvious in the repetition of courtyards and terraced roofs. These compositional elements not only disobey a standardized arrangement but also are freely organized in space, where functionally is necessary.
The result is a village containing elements from local vernacular architecture, pathways, open squares, small white volumes, establishing an architecture, which is common and durable not only symbolically but also physically.
