Folegandros

The beauty of this island is its small port town and the glorious bays with virtually nothing on them but you, sand and the clear seas. On certain parts of the island, one can definitely feel remote, totally removed from any form of tourism or intensity. One look at the people and their smiles makes you feel warm and at home. An island which has had little tourism over the years due to poor ferry connections, it now has a fairly regular service from June to October, from Santorini and Paros.
